Liam has a background in competitive swimming, is passionate about all things health and fitness and has been serving as an Army Reserve for 4 years. Having completed many Ultra Marathons Liam offers his expertise as the Running Coach at Sole Mechanics in Hampton.
Liam is on a quest with Operation 10k to break the world record for the most pull-ups (10,000) in 24 hours. The last recorded achievement was 8,940 in 24 hours.
Liam’s endeavour has a charitable mission – raising awareness and funds for Young Diggers who provide services and assistance dog programs to assist those who serve and have served in the Australian Defence Force, First Responders and their families.
