Where do I order?

Go into one of our Sole Mechanics stores or order online at solemechanics.com.au

How do I get my personal discount?

After your booking has been completed you can order with our staff or login to your online account.

Where is my personal discount code applied?

Tell our store staff you are a Foot Health Partner or log in to your online account at solemechanics.com.au and the discount will automatically be applied at checkout, no code required!

What discounts do I receive?

You will receive 45% off Vivobarefoot shoes and 25% off the rest of our range.

Who can receive the discount?

It is for yourself,  immediate family (spouse/partner, and children).

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping for Foot Health Partners is $9.95. All shipping fees are at the cost of the Partner.

How do I return or exchange shoes?

Complete our Return form here to lodge a return request and our friendly service team will respond promptly.

How do they get a discount?

Provide them with your unique referral code for a 15% off discount to use in-store or online at solemechanics.com.au

How can my clients get the correct fit?

They can book a free in-store or online foot health assessment here.

How do I receive my 10% commission?

Commissions are automatically calculated on sales made with your unique referral code in-store or online and sent to your nominated Paypal account once a week.

Where can I track my referral sales?

Where do I get marketing materials to promote my referral code?

Login to the referral program and click on the "Marketing Tools" link in the left sidebar menu.

How to I promote my referral code?

You can print out flyers, download images for social media or spread the word to your clients via your  newsletters.

Can I use any other discount codes?

No, the partner program discounts will be taken from the RRP and no other discount codes can be used in the same order.

Can I use my discount during sale periods?

Yes, the discount will still be applied to the RRP during sale periods.
